Over 9 hours of live virtual learning, with a mixture of facilitator-led sessions, group coaching and experiential exercises. 

You will be given handouts and workbooks for each session, to learn and practice in your own time and at your own pace.

You will greatly benefit from the discussions in small groups, by sharing your experience and learning from each other.

By the time you complete the programme, you will have learned more than a dozen of practical and easy to use tools to apply in your life and to share with others.

You will learn: 

  • A simple 10-step process to create new habits.

  • How to improve your level of happiness and well-being by focusing on your aspirations and actively working on different areas of your life, one at a time.

  • How to reduce procrastination by setting SMARTER goals, creating new habits and routines, and by using effective troubleshooting methods when you get stuck. 

  • How to increase your productivity by identifying productive behaviours and fitting your new habits into your existing routine.

  • The role of your values when creating new habits and routines.

  • Tools to break negative and bad habits.

  • To sustain the positive change beyond this programme by learning how to grow your new habits naturally, by sharing the tools and skills with others around you and by attending our monthly follow up virtual meetings.
